Witnesses Recount How Bobrisky’s Attempt to Cross Nigerian Border at Seme Was Thwarted

Must Read

Let me tell you a story about a person named Bobrisky who got into a bit of trouble at the border. Bobrisky is well-known for wearing different clothes and styles. This happened on a Monday morning.

People who were there said that Bobrisky came to the border in a fancy black car. He arrived around 1:30 in the morning.

At first, some health workers at the border tried to stop Bobrisky’s car. But, the driver did not stop right away. They kept driving until they reached the place where immigration officers were checking passports.

So, Bobrisky gave their passport to the driver so it could be checked by the immigration officers. These officers are like border police who check if it’s okay for you to leave the country.

One of the officers looked at Bobrisky’s passport. His name was Yusuf. He saw that the person in the car was Bobrisky.

Then, Yusuf talked to his boss, a man named Mr. Muhammad Adamu. They decided to have a private chat with Bobrisky to make sure everything was okay.

After that, they asked Bobrisky to come in and get the passport stamped. Stamp means they put a mark on the passport to show you can leave the country.

They took Bobrisky to Mr. Adamu’s office to ask some more questions. People say Bobrisky’s lawyer even came to ask why all this was happening.

Bobrisky stayed in the office until about 4 in the afternoon. After that, they took him to another place in Lagos for more questions.

The immigration service, the group of people who work at the border, said they stopped Bobrisky because they needed to check some things. They wanted to make sure everything is okay before letting him go.

They also said they are making sure the country’s borders are safe and sound. Bobrisky was answering questions, and later, they would know what to do next.
