The Minister of the Territory of the Federal Capital (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has affirmed that the governor of the state of Rivers, Sim Fubara, is being deceived by people who secretly aspire to replace it as governor.

Speaking at a great reception organized by the people of Kalabari in his honor on Saturday, Wike accused Fubara's advisors against working against his interest, stating that his final objective is to push him out of office.

He specifically pointed to the Secretary of the State Government (SSG), Tammy Danagogo, as a key instigator of the political crisis in the state, which has deepened the tensions between him and his successor.

“The problem began when Danagogo, the Secretary of the Government, used his older brother, who is a justice, to use an ex -partner order to justify that 27 members of the Rivers Assembly have dropped out. Unnoticed.”

Wike also claimed that he also used the same order to justify the governor who presents the budget to only three or four legislators.

In addition, he criticized Danagogo's influence in Fubara, saying: “Look at Danagogo, who wanted to be governor. He was so sore that they didn't give him the ticket; He was the one who followed the governor, and he (Fubara) did not know. He will take you (Fubara) to the infernal fire. “

Accusing Fubara of trusting the wrong people, Wike warned: “You (Fubara) were surrounded by people who wanted to be governor, whom I said 'no', these people do not mean well for the state of rivers. ' 2-0, and there are more to come.
