We will support the Kefas government to transform Taraba – Forum

The Forum of Advisors of the State of Taraba has pledged to support Governor Agbu Kefas to update the advancement agenda, anchored in the Five Finger initiative, for the optimal transformation of the State.

Dr. David Ishaya, president of the forum, made the promise in a statement issued after the first meeting of the forum in Jalingo.

A statement by the association's public relations officer, Hon. Justin Tyopuusu, who is the special advisor of the governor of the digital economy, quoted Dr. Ishaya as ensuring that the advisors take advantage of their experience to help the governor deliver his mandate.

According to the statement, the forum promised to ensure that Governor Kefas deliver a good government that will completely transform Taraba and position it among the best states of Nigeria.

“As advisors of the governor in several fields, we are completely committed to supporting him to achieve his vision for the state of Taraba,” said Ishaya.

“Our loyalty is unwavering, and we will do everything that is in our ability to ensure that your administration is successful.

“We are also ready to collaborate with commissioners and other key government officials to effectively communicate and implement government policies and programs.”

The Forum also expressed his gratitude to Governor Kafas for entrusting them with the responsibility of serving in his administration, saying: “We appreciate their excellence for being worthy of contributing to his government.

“We will bring our collective experience and experience to guarantee the success of this administration for the general benefit of people,” the statement added.

The advisors even revealed more plans to find a audience with the governor in the next few days to discuss strategies to strengthen their support for the administration.

“Governor Kafas is already making remarkable progress in the key sectors, and we are eager to align our efforts with his vision of offering good governance to the people of the state of Taraba,” said the statement.

The statement also listed other key forum officials who were inaugurated during Congress in Jalingo on Monday. They include Captain Douglas Y. Ndatse (RTD.) As vice president, Sunday Yusuf Tonga as secretary, Baju ⅱ patience as Welfare and Bulus of Saratu as treasurer.
