Several Nigerian manufacturing companies have unveiled locally made military vehicles in support of the federal government's attack on insecurity in the country.
This was done during the inauguration ceremony on Thursday at the Armed Forces Headquarters.
In the video, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is seen listening to one of the companies' CEOs during the parade of the vehicles, manufactured by four different local companies.
The companies are: Imperium Nigeria Ltd, Proforce Ltd, Epail Nigeria and Innoson Nigeria.
One of the manufacturers, who identified himself as Patrick Shekhar, urged the President to entrust local brands with the production of such vehicles for the military, stating that the products on display are 100 percent designed and produced in Nigeria and by young Nigerian engineers. . .

While introducing himself to President Tinubu, he said: “Hello, welcome to my program here in Desa City. We are a local brand. This is our new product that just arrived on the scene.
“I am the executive director. My name is Patrick Sheklar. We started around 2015 with around 150 products. Everyone you see. All of these are natural based. They were recently developed. It was supposed to be serious. The service was originally designed by me.
“I did the design myself and we produced it 100% locally in this place. The platform you are seeing here is the same as before.
“We get materials and we will be able to fight them. Thus, we have different design models. More than 10 different designs, from MRAP to vehicles of different calibers.”
