The legendary musician of Fuji, Alhaji Abass Akande Obese, has given a house to its dedicated members of the band, Sharafa Salawudeen, to mark his 60th birthday on Tuesday.
The event, held at the Anchor Event Center in Agidingbi, Lagos, also saw Obesere fulfilled his promise of land gifts now valued at more than N5 million each to his entire band.
This generous gesture was part of his promise to reward the members of his band, which he had done two years ago.
In his speech, Obesere expressed joy when fulfilling this promise.

“This is a promise I did two years ago, and I am delighted to fulfill it today.
“The land was worth n1 million then, but now it is valued at more than N5 million. My band's members are more than a team, they are my family.
“Sharafa Salawudeen, in particular, has been with me in the bad and thin, and this house is my way of showing my appreciation for his loyalty,” said Fuji's musician.
