The artist nominated for the Grammy Awards, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has finally reconciled with his father, Mr. Fatai Odunnsi, committing to cover his medical bills and buy a new house for him.
This comes after a video appeared online where Mr. Odunsi appealed to get public help.
Odunsi, who said he has been paralyzed after a stroke, claimed that he had been abandoned by the artist and had not seen him since March 2022.
In addition, he said that his calls to Asake have not been answered and asked the Nigerians to help him with the funds for treatment.
However, in a recent development on Sunday, Mr. Odunsi confirmed that Asake now approached him.
Speaking in Yoruba, he expressed pride in his son and offered prayers, stating that he spoke because he had spent a lot of time since they were seen.
“His mother should ask him the last time he saw me. That was what angered me, but we have solved all the problems. We are no longer fighting. “

In addition, he revealed that Asake has already started plans to buy a house through real estate agents, saying: “Asake said he will do everything I want. We have settled, no more problems. They are now looking for a new house that he will buy for me. He has solved everything.”
Odunsi also revealed that the singer has pledged to assume all the responsibility of his 11 -year -old daughter, Zeenat.
“He has never denied his son, but now he has promised to assume all the responsibility of the child.”
