Joao Felix, who plays for Atletico Madrid, is coming to the UK on Tuesday. He needs to do some medical tests before joining Chelsea.
On Monday, both Atletico Madrid and Chelsea agreed on a deal. The deal is worth up to £46.3 million. Joao Felix was not playing in the game against Villarreal because of this transfer.
Joao Felix is 24 years old. He will sign a six-year contract with Chelsea. This contract might be extended for another year.
Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer expert, shared this news on social media. He said, “Today is Joao Felix’s day at Chelsea.
“He is traveling to London for his medical tests and to sign the contract. The deal will last until June 2030.
“The contract may be extended for more years.
“Joao Felix is very happy to come back to Chelsea. Everything is agreed upon with his agent, Mendes.”
