Must Read

Two Italian football teams, Empoli and Cagliari, want to sign David Okereke from Nigeria. Right now, Okereke plays for a different Italian team in Serie B called Cremonese. But he wants to leave that team this summer.

David Okereke used to play for Nigeria’s U-23 team. Last season, he was loaned to another Italian club, Torino, where he played nine games in the league.

According to CagliariNews, if Cagliari can sell their current forward, Gianluca Lapadula, they will try to buy Okereke. Meanwhile, another team, Empoli, has already made an offer to Cremonese to buy Okereke. He is worth about €2 million and has only one year left on his contract with Cremonese.
