According to Florence Okpe, who speaks for the road safety team, three men were involved in the crash. One of them got hurt, and sadly, two of them died.

Florence explained that the crash happened because there was something blocking the road and one of the drivers was very tired.

The injured man was taken to Hopeland Hospital in Warewa. The bodies of the two men who died were taken to the Real Divine Hospital’s morgue in Ibafo.

Florence said, “There were three men in total. One got hurt, and the other two died in the crash.”

“The crash was caused by road blockage and tiredness.”

Akinwumi Fasakin, the head of the road safety team, felt very sorry for the families who lost their loved ones. He asked all drivers to stay alert while driving. He also reminded them to take breaks often so they don’t get too tired and fall asleep while driving.
