The former governor of the State of Osun and the former president of the Congress of all progressives (APC), Bisi Akande, has said that the protest of 2020 #Endsars in all Nigeria was designed to be the end of the current president of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Akande, while talking about state affairs, a podcast anchored by a popular issuer and journalist, Edmund Obilo, explained that the obidies, a movement that supported the presidential candidate of Labor Party 2023, Peter Obi, designed the United States protest.
Remember that the Nigerians resonated in the streets and the main cities for days, throughout the country in 2020, protesting against the brutality by the special anti-robbery squadrons (Sars), a unit in the Nigeria police, and requested The reform of the Nigerian police force.
However, according to the former governor, a lot of money was pumped to the United States protest, with the aim of ending Tinubu, who was then a national leader of the ruling APC.

“#Enddsars aimed to be the end of Tinubu. Yes, #Endsars was designed to be the end of Tinubu. The behind the extremes knew that that were what they were doing. What do you call them? The obvious were behind the ends.
“Yes, it was manufactured from America. And it was brought just to stop it. I do not say Obi. The obvious came from the United States to make the extremes. And then it became a movement to form a party and could not form a party and join any party, ”said Akande.
When asked about his thoughts about the link between the Obidients and Peter Obi movement, Akande said: “Maybe Obi's party, I don't know. Maybe Obi's movement, I don't know. But the obvious were behind The ends.
Responding to why Tinubu could not foresee the protest as an attempt to end him, the former Governor of the State of Osun added that “all ambushes are not detected.”
