Embattled crossdresser Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky has announced his next line of action against social media influencer Martins 'VeryDarkMan' Otse over his alleged audio leak.
PREMIUM TIMES reported that VeryDarkMan, through his Instagram page, leaked an alleged audio recording of the transvestite narrating his six-month jail experience with a friend.
In the leaked audio, Bobrisky alleged that the EFCC charged him N15 million to drop money laundering charges against him.
He also alleged that he served his prison sentence in a private apartment after his godfather contacted the Comptroller General of the Nigerian Correctional Service.
Furthermore, Bobrisky alleged that Falz and his father, human rights lawyer Femi Falana, contacted him to help him obtain a “presidential pardon.”
The leaked audio sparked widespread discussions and led to affected government agencies and the House of Representatives ordering investigations into the allegations.
However, Bobrisky, in a cease and desist notice issued by his lawyers RT Omuvwie and Co., and shared on his social media accounts on Sunday, claimed that the voice recording was manipulated.

“Your AI-generated audio conversation posted by you is your creation and that of anyone else who worked with you to create it. Therefore, we advise you that in the future you must remove our client's name from any such recording or anything that may connect our client to the alleged recording.
“Our client had no idea of such a telephone conversation with you or anyone else. “We have realized that since the publication of said blackmail material and defamatory content by you, our client has suffered immense damages and has received several damaging criticisms about himself, his brand and everything he holds dear,” the notice said.
Lawsuits
Bobrisky's legal team claimed that the leaked audio had seriously damaged his reputation and livelihood.
Additionally, Bobrisky's legal team demanded that VeryDarkMan remove the audio and issue public apologies in two national newspapers and on social media.
They also issued a cease and desist order against VeryDarkMan for defamatory content and demanded N1 billion in damages.
It said: “That as far as our client is concerned, we demand that you immediately delete said artificial intelligence audio recording posted as a video by you with your defamatory voice-over comment that you dangerously and recklessly alleged to our client, the same It is not a product. of our client, hence the name, description or anything attributed to our client in the process of publishing such defamatory material.
“Therefore, we demand, in addition on behalf of our client, a written apology published in two national newspapers, a video recording of his apology to our client published on all his social media platforms, a commitment to desist from reporting, publishing defamatory contents against our client and payment in favor of our client of the sum of N1,000,000,000 as damages within 24 hours of this letter sent to you through social media or any other means.”
Legal actions
Additionally, the crossdresser legal team warned VeryDarkMan that failure to comply with their demands would result in legal action.
“That your failure to take advantage of the alternative dispute resolution mechanism introduced and set forth in paragraphs 10 and 11 of this notice of claim, we will seek legal relief in a court of competent jurisdiction immediately without prior notice. We hope this can be resolved in the next 24 hours,” the lawsuit adds.
VeryDarkMan reacts
Reacting to the lawsuit in a video posted to his Instagram, VeryDarkMan alleged that Bobrisky's demand to retract and apologize for 24 hours was questionable.
The social media influencer insisted that the EFCC provide a statement detailing the alleged payment of N15 million from the transvestite and reveal the officials involved in the alleged bribery scandal.
Additionally, he claimed that Falz, in his lawsuit against him, confirmed that the recording Bobrisky labeled as artificially generated.
He said: “So, Bobrisky charged me with a billion naira lawsuit after claiming that he wanted to commit suicide. As always, they will trade their credibility for my advertising. In this case, I will make them suffer. Some people's integrity will be damaged and they will regret accepting this case. There is a conspiracy afoot. After publishing the leaked audio, Falz gave me twenty-four hours to retract my statement.
“Meanwhile, Bobrisky was acting confused, posting random things, claiming to be depressed, and even contemplating suicide. Now, he suddenly has the energy to sue me and gives me a twenty-four hour request, clearly showing that he is working with Falz. I feel like no one addresses Bobrisky because if they do, he will reveal everything, which could cause serious problems. It's obvious that they are hiding something, and I now believe that what I exposed is much bigger than I initially thought. In the voice recording, Bobrisky admitted to paying the EFCC N15 million to drop the charges against him, which is credible as he was arrested on money laundering charges.
“He also mentioned staying in a shelter, and when a Correctional Facility representative came to do damage control, he made matters worse by claiming that his (Bobrisky) feminine traits led to him being placed in a separate area for being gay, even though he (Bobrisky) stated in court that he is a man. What law allows three genders? The Constitution only recognizes two. The account number to which you transferred the money and all transactions must be set out, including the officials involved. As for the video that Bobrisky claimed was generated by AI, Falz has already confirmed this, stating that Bobrisky approached him and told him that he needed N3 million.”
In the ten-minute video, VeryDarkMan did not apologize for allegedly defaming Bobrisky.
