The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has released an update on its ongoing recruitment exercise for 2024. This follows prior notification to selected candidates who progressed in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted on December 7, 2024.
Tribune Online had earlier reported that the NNPCL had started shortlisting candidates for the interview stage of its 2024 recruitment exercise.
In a recent email sent to the selected candidates, the NNPCL stated:
“Please note our email notifying you of your successful performance in the computer-based testing exercise on December 7, 2024 and your progression to the interview stage of the 2024 recruitment exercise.
Please be informed that the interviews will be held at the corporate headquarters of NNPC Limited, NNPC Towers, Central Business District, Abuja from January 14 to 30, 2025. The specific date and time of your interview will be communicated to you in due course . “
The email also detailed key instructions for the interview stage:
1. Translation of certificates
Candidates with certificates issued in languages ​​other than English must submit official translations of those documents in English.
2. Classification of Degrees
Candidates with degree or diploma classifications that differ from conventional classifications (such as upper or lower divisions first class, second class) must submit official transcripts or interpretations of their certificates.
3. No payments required
NNPCL emphasized that candidates are not required to make any payment to any person or entity at any stage of the recruitment process. Any such request should be reported immediately to the company's help desk.
4. Compliance with Requirements
Candidates were reminded that failure to comply with the requirements outlined at any stage of the process could result in discontinuation of their application.
The NNPCL further assured the candidates of its commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process, urging them to prepare accordingly for the next stage.
