Victor Osimhen Misses Napoli’s First Pre-Season Game

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen did not play in Napoli’s first practice game on Tuesday.

Soccernet reported that Osimhen couldn’t play because he is not fully fit.

Napoli played a local Italian team called Anaune Val Di Non. This was the first game under their new coach, Antonio Conte.

Initially, Osimhen was supposed to sit on the bench, but in the end, he watched the game from the stands.

Recently, Osimhen has been training away from the rest of the team, trying to get better.

A few days ago, he had to leave training early with ice wrapped around his ankle.

Without Osimhen, Conte’s team won easily, scoring 4 goals to 0. Leonardo Spinazzola, Walid Cheddira, Gianluca Gaetano, and Cyril Ngonge all scored goals for Napoli.
