Joe Cole, who used to play for Chelsea, thinks that Manchester United’s expensive player Antony wants to leave the team.
Cole says that Antony, who is from Brazil, is not happy at Manchester United.
Joe Cole talked about this after Manchester United lost 2-1 to Brighton in a Premier League match on Saturday.
Cole also said that Antony made mistakes during the game, which hurt his team’s chances.
“Manchester United put Antony in the game, but he probably doesn’t like playing for just 10 or 15 minutes,” Cole told TNT Sports.
“Antony cost the team a lot of money, £80m. He might want to leave Manchester United, and the club might want him to leave too.
“In an important moment of the game, when they needed someone to fight for the ball and help the team, Antony didn’t do it. This hurt his team.”
