The Taraba State Police Command caught 38 people who were doing bad things in different parts of the state.
On Friday, in Jalingo, the top police officer there, Commissioner David Iloyanomon, showed these people to everyone. He said they were caught because they did different bad things at different times.
Commissioner David said the police started taking 12 of these people to court, and they are still checking what the other 26 people did.
These people are said to have done things like kidnapping, killing, having illegal weapons, stealing with guns, and hurting children, among other bad actions.
He also said these people had lots of weapons when they were caught by the police.
The Commissioner also told local groups and hunters to follow the law and told police bosses in different areas to make sure they watch over all local security groups carefully.
