Police in Kaduna State have caught a man with 30 fake keys for cars and motorcycles. These keys were made to steal vehicles.
The police spokesperson, ASP Mansir Hassan, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) about the arrest on Monday in Kaduna.
Hassan said, “The man is good at stealing cars and motorcycles.”
He explained that on July 20, at around 2:30 AM, the police got a call saying that a shop was being broken into. When they heard this, the police officers rushed to the place.
When the police arrived, they caught the man, Zahradeenee Suleiman, inside the shop. Suleiman is 35 years old and lives in the Tsugugi area of Sabon Gari Zaria, Kaduna State.
Hassan said, “When we checked him, we found about 30 different keys for cars and motorcycles, including two special master keys that he made.”
The police believe that Suleiman has been stealing cars and motorcycles for a while. After they finish looking into the case, they will take him to court.
