Police and Troops Raid Terrorist Hideout in FCT, Arrest Six Suspects

Police and army soldiers in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, have caught six bad guys causing trouble in the area.

On Friday, police spokesperson SP Josephine Adeh said that they found these bad guys in their hiding spots in Kaduna and Niger States, which are near Abuja.

Between June 30 and July 4, 2024, police and soldiers went to the forests in Gidan Dogo and Jerei in Kaduna and Niger States where the bad guys were hiding.

The people arrested are named Inusa Musa, Isiya Adamu, Kare Gambo, Aminu Musa, and Muhammed Ibrahim.

These bad guys admitted that they were part of a group that kidnapped people in and around Abuja.

Police are still looking for more of these bad guys in forests and hills near Abuja. Police Chief Benneth C. Igweh says they are working hard to keep everyone in the capital safe.
