He thanked the Southern Zone for their big support during the 2023 elections and asked them to show the same support for the local elections on October 9, 2024.
The Governor talked about his promise to make Southern Zone better by working on things like roads and electricity.
He said they’re getting a big budget to make sure the area has good electricity and clean water, as well as strong roads.
Mutfwang promised to include everyone in his government, even those who didn’t win elections before.
“I want everyone to know that those who tried but didn’t win will still be part of our team because we want everyone involved,” he said.
He encouraged the people of Plateau South to support the PDP in the upcoming elections to bring real, positive changes to their area.
“I promise that my team and I are serious about keeping our promises, and with God’s help, we will work together,” the Governor said.
He assured that the elections would be fair and honest, with the state team ready to do their best job.
During the event, the Governor gave flags to the PDP candidates running for leadership positions.
The Vice Chairman for the North Central Zone of PDP, Dakas Shan, said he is sure that Plateau South will continue to support PDP and win big in the elections for both leaders and council members.
