**Ondo State PDP Candidate, Mr. Agboola Ajayi, Shares Concerns Over APC’s Performance**
Mr. Agboola Ajayi, the PDP candidate for Ondo State, thinks the state and its people have not done well under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the last eight years.
He spoke about these issues during a media chat on Friday in Lagos.
Ajayi mentioned that Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa and the APC’s candidate for the upcoming election on November 16th have not kept their promises to the people.
Ajayi, who was once the Deputy Governor of the state, explained, “The main job of the government is to keep people safe and make sure they are well. If any political party forgets this, they will fail and hurt the people. I have a clear plan to fix things.”
He noted that the late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu left many problems, and these problems got worse under Ayedatiwa, the former Deputy Governor who stepped in after Akeredolu’s passing.
“The election on November 16th is very important. It will decide the future of our state for the next four years,” Ajayi stated.
Ajayi also expressed his disappointment about the election result in Edo on September 21st. He said democracy suffers when elections are not fair.
According to him, those in charge of elections must do their job well to make sure voters are not let down.
