Police in Ogun State caught two brothers, Femi Fagbohun, age 43, and Kayode Fagbohun, age 41. They are in trouble for taking, robbing, and hurting a 17-year-old girl.

The girl, who we won’t name, booked a car ride with Femi. She wanted to go from Lekki in Lagos to a place in Mowe, Ogun State. But something bad happened during this ride.

Reports say that their car, a Toyota Camry with a number EKP 352AE, stopped in front of a church. Here, Kayode got into the car with a broken bottle and said he would hurt her if she didn’t follow him.

A police officer, Omolola Odutola, told the news about this. She said Femi and Kayode planned to take the girl, and they drove her to a place nobody knew.

The bad men took her phone, an iPhone 13 Pro Max that costs a lot (N840,000), plus N50,000 in cash. They also got her boyfriend to give them N200,000.

The girl was taken to a quiet place at Omu Junction, Ofada, and the men hurt her there.

Odutola explained, “The girl told us on Monday morning that she took an online taxi ride in the Toyota Camry with the number EKP 352AE. They told her she was taken and needed to call someone for money. She called her boyfriend, Akinwale Williams, and he sent N200,000 to another person’s bank account.”

“They took away N50,000 in cash from her and her expensive iPhone.”

The police followed the trail of her phone and found a person named Tunde Ajayi. He helped them find the two brothers, Kayode and then Femi.

The police said Femi and Kayode admitted doing the bad things. They even sold the car they used to do this harm.

Police also found another car, a blue Toyota Camry without a number, and said they will keep looking into this and might take them to court.
