NPFL: Remo Stars Regain Top Position, Tornadoes Secure Road Victory

Remo Stars are back at the top of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) after winning their game against Kano Pillars 2-0 on Sunday.

In that game, Sodiq Ismail and Frank Mawuena scored the goals for Remo Stars.

This season, the team led by Daniel Ogunmodede has not lost any game in the NPFL.

Meanwhile, at the New Jos Stadium, former champions Plateau United lost 2-1 to Niger Tornadoes.

Niger Tornadoes scored first with goals from Ifeanyi Okechukwu and Kufre Ebong. Later on, Pam Samuel scored one goal for Plateau United.
