NPFL: Niger Tornadoes Poised to Deepen Heartland’s Struggles

Must Read

Jonas Emmanuel, who plays forward for Niger Tornadoes, is excited and says the team is ready to keep playing well in away games.

The team, known as the Ikon Allah Boys, hasn’t lost any matches when playing away from home this season.

Niger Tornadoes will play against Heartland in a big game this Sunday at the Dan Anyiam Stadium.

Emmanuel hopes for a good result, especially since he used to play for Heartland before.

“Our team is doing well; both the coaches and players are working very hard,” Emmanuel shared in a chat before the game.

“I want to do my best and help the team reach its goals.

“We’ve already won two away games this season. Now, we are in Owerri and want to put in a great effort to get a good result.”

Remember, Emmanuel joined Niger Tornadoes at the start of the 2024-25 season.
