Abdulahi Mustapha has decided to stay with Plateau United, a team in the Nigeria Premier Football League, for two more years, reports say.
He signed a new contract that will keep him with the Peace Boys for two extra years.
Mustapha shared that he is very happy about his new contract.
“I’m really happy to stay longer. I hope to keep helping the team,” he said to Mike Sports.
“I love being here. The club feels like home. I really wanted to stay and keep getting better, even though I had other offers,” he added.
Mustapha has also played for Nigeria’s under-20 team before.
