The Chairman of the Northern States Governors Forum (NGF) and Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has expressed his deepest condolences to the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) and Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, for the death. of his Chief of Staff, Prince AbdulKadir Mahe, who died on Saturday in Ilorin.
In a message of condolence on behalf of the Northern States Governors Forum, Governor Inuwa Yahaya described the late Prince Mahe as an outstanding administrator who demonstrated commitment, wisdom and loyalty in the performance of his duties.
He extended his condolences to the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, and the entire royal family as well as the government and people of Kwara State over the sad development.
According to him, “the death of Prince Abdul Kadir Mahe is a great loss, not only to Kwara State, but to the entire Northern Region and Nigeria in general, given his impactful contributions to governance and public service.”
The NSGF President prayed to Allah Almighty (SWT) to grant the late Aljannat Firdaus and provide comfort and strength to his family and the people of Kwara State during this difficult time.
