North Korea promised on Monday “to constantly update and strengthen their nuclear armed forces and blamed the foreign ministers of the states of G7 for violating their sovereign rights by demanding the end of their nuclear weapons program, state media reported.
The country's foreign ministry said that its “nuclear armed forces will exist forever as a powerful means of justice that defends the sovereignty of the State, territorial integrity and fundamental interests,” according to the Central News Agency of Korea.

The North Korean nuclear development program “avoids a war in the Korean Peninsula and the northeast of Asia and guarantees a strategic stability of the world,” a ministry spokesman said on Monday.
The North Korean declaration followed the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the G7, including the United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, in Quebec, Canada.
Those ministers asked the secret state to “abandon all their nuclear weapons and any other weapons of mass destruction, as well as ballistic missile programs according to all the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.”

North Korea diplomats, in their statement, said the nuclear program was “permanently set” by the laws of the country, adding that these laws “will not change according to anyone's recognition.”
North Korea is building a submarine with nuclear energy, state media said earlier this month.
