The police in Niger State caught two people for stealing and causing trouble in Minna.

On the night of September 14, 2024, at about 10:45 pm, the police got news that six bad guys with sharp tools were attacking people near Old City Gate in Minna.

The robbers took phones and other important things from the victims.

The police and some helpers rushed to the place and caught two of the suspects, Abba Salihu, 20, and Amar Haladu, 18, both from Minna. The other four ran away.

Also, the police caught a thief and found a stolen car.

Early in the morning on September 4, 2024, around 4 am, the police got a call that some bad guys had broken into a house in Tudun Wada and stole a Toyota Highlander with the registration number ABJ 775 AT and other things.

All checkpoints on Kaduna Road were alerted. Luckily, the stolen car was stopped at a customs point on Kaduna Road with Halilu Shuaibu, 28, from Abuja inside.

He said someone named Baba Gadas from Zuba gave him the car to take to Mubarak in Kaduna.

Now, the suspects are with SCID Minna for further questioning and legal actions.
