Popular Nigerian comedian and event organizer, Mr. Jollof, got upset with Super Eagles’ player, Victor Osimhen, for blocking him on Instagram.
Mr. Jollof said Osimhen blocked him because Jollof corrected him about his recent argument with the Super Eagles’ coach, Finidi George.
In a video that people are sharing a lot on social media, Mr. Jollof reminded Osimhen that he is much older than him.
The comedian pointed out that he never asked Osimhen for any help, so blocking him wouldn’t hurt him.
In the video caption, he wrote, “One-season wonder player Victor Osimhen blocked me on Instagram. I don’t support people acting crazy! Anyway, I don’t need him to be successful.”
Speaking in Nigerian Pidgin English, Mr. Jollof said, “If you didn’t like how I corrected you, you could have said, ‘Jollof, I don’t see things the way you do. Let me explain.’ I am 12 years older than you. Do you think I will suffer because you blocked me? Have I ever gotten anything from you? I don’t need anything from you.”
