Man Drowns in Lagos River: A Tragic Incident

Must Read

Once upon a time, a 45-year-old man named Kazeem had a very sad day. He lived near a big river in a place where Lagos and Ogun states meet.

Before that sad day, Kazeem took something bad called Colorado. It’s a kind of drug that makes people act funny and not think straight.

After taking the drug, Kazeem couldn’t control himself. He started running fast and suddenly jumped into the big river.

The police officer, Mr. Benjamin Hundeyin, told everyone what happened on a Monday. He said, “On October 11, 2024, at around 11 am, someone told the police in Alagbado about Kazeem. They said he took the bad drug, ran quickly, and jumped into the river near Lagos and Ogun. Sadly, he drowned and didn’t survive.”

After this, the police went to the river to see what happened. They took pictures of the scene to remember Kazeem.

When they talked to Kazeem’s father, he said they should follow local customs and bury Kazeem near the river.

The police also checked everything to know what really happened and made sure to tell people about it.
