The governor of the state of Oyo, Seyi Makinde, has acclaimed the appointment of Alhaji Rafiu Olarinre advance as a permanent secretary in the Federal Civil Service.
The appointment of Adengan was approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the beginning of the week.
Governor Makinde congratulated the newly located permanent secretary born in Igboho, saying that his diligence and hard work have taken him so far.
This was just when the Alepata of Igboholand and the permanent president of the Traditional Council of the Local Government of Oorelope, his real Majesty, Oba Joel Olawuwo, also congratulated the new federal permanent secretary, describing his appointment as great news for the local government, Oke Ogun and the state of Oyo.
Previously, Governor Makinde had made himself available to journalists, accused them to continue being a good ambassador to the state of Oyo.

The governor said that the appointment of Advan as a permanent secretary in the Federal Civil is another testimony of the excellence for which the state of Oyo has always been recognized as the state of Pacesetter.
The governor said: “The news of the appointment of Alhaji Rafiu Olarinre advances as a permanent secretary in the Federal Civil Service by the president is moving news.
“On behalf of the Government and the good people of the state of Oyo, I want to congratulate him for this well -deserved event, which is a testimony of his hard work and diligence.”
Similarly, Oba Olawuwo, who appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Alhaji's appointment, described the new perm as Igboholand's pride and a golden son of the state of Oke Ogun.
Oba Olawuwo, in a statement published by El Palacio and personally signed by him, described Alhaji's appointment as a great development for Igboholand and the state of Oyo.
The statement said: “I, Oba Dr. Joel Olawuwo, Alepata de Igboholand and permanent president of the Traditional Council of the Local Government of Oorelope, on behalf of me and the council, congratulate a son worthy of Igboholand and our pride, Alhaji Rafiu Olarinre advance, for his appointment as permanent secretary by President Bola Bola Ahmed Tarubo.
