Must Read

Liverpool lost 1-0 to Preston North End in Arne Slot’s first game as manager.

The match was a secret practice game as Liverpool got ready for the new season.

Robbie Brady, who used to play for Manchester United, scored the only goal.

He took advantage of a bad pass from Liverpool and scored from far away, about 40 yards, against the young goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros, who is 22 years old.

This game was the first time Arne Slot got to see his team play. Mo Salah was also on the field to get some playing time.

In total, 25 players played for Liverpool. Some of the key players were Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai, Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones, Jarell Quansah, Kostas Tsimikas, and Conor Bradley.
