Retired U.S. Army noncommissioned officer Sam Shoemate revealed Friday on the Shawn Ryan Show that he had received an email from Matthew Livelsberger, the Green Beret suspect in the Cybertruck explosion case.

Online tribune reports that one person was confirmed dead and seven others were injured after a Cybertruck caught fire in the valet area of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.

Shoemate revealed alarming details from the email, in which Livelsberger alleged that China was using advanced drones equipped with “gravitational propulsion systems” to monitor the East Coast of the United States, describing this activity as a critical threat to national security.

Livelsberger reportedly compared the drone operations to China's previous deployment of spy balloons, one of which was shot down off the coast of South Carolina in 2023.

According to the email, he stated: “What we have been seeing with 'drones' is the operational use of aircraft powered by gravitic propulsion systems by, most recently, China on the east coast, but along history, US Only we and China have this capability. “China has been launching them from submarines from the Atlantic for years, but this activity has recently increased.”

The email's mention of “gravitational propulsion systems” sparked online debates. A citizen journalist, @82ndairborneBT on This field, interacting with a plane wave emitted by antennas on the side of the hull, generates a force per volume that combines lift and propulsion.”

Livelsberger further warned of a possible attack on the East Coast, stating that the Chinese drones had an “unlimited payload capacity” and could target critical sites, including the White House. He supposedly wrote: “It's checkmate.”

The email also included Livelsberger's claims of being monitored by US authorities, stating that he was being followed by the FBI or the Department of Homeland Security.

He expressed concern about being prevented from crossing into Mexico, but indicated confidence in his ability to evade capture, referencing his possession of a “massive VBIED,” an acronym that Shoemate clarified meant a car bomb.

Livelsberger in the email also claimed knowledge of US war crimes during airstrikes in Nimruz province, Afghanistan, in 2019.

He wrote: “I am aware of this program and also of the war crimes that were covered up during the airstrikes in Nimruz province, Afghanistan, in 2019 by the government, the Department of Defense, the DEA and the CIA. I directed targets for these attacks on over 125 buildings (65 were attacked due to CIVCAS) which killed hundreds of civilians in a single day.”
