Police and soldiers in Katsina stopped two kidnapping tries. They worked together to save people.
Mr. Sadiq-Aliyu, the police spokesperson, shared this news on Saturday.
He said the first trouble happened on the Jibia – Kauran Namoda road. The police got a call that kidnappers were trying to take people.
Right away, police and soldiers went to the place. They fought the bad guys with guns.
They saved four people and took them to the hospital to get better.
Sadly, one person died because of the gunshots.
Another problem happened in Unguwar Boka village. This is in Faskari Local Government Area on the Funua-Gusau road.
The police got a call about another kidnapping try there.
The police and soldiers acted fast. They went to the place and fought the bad guys.
Sadly, one person was shot and died during this.
But they saved two people, and these people were not hurt.
The police are working hard to catch the kidnappers and find more answers.
