The Kano State Hisbah Board has said they caught and arrested a big official from Jigawa, named Auwal Danladi Sankara, doing something wrong. He was with another man’s wife in an unfinished building.
Abba Sufi, who is the boss of Hisbah, said they arrested Sankara after many people told them about his bad behavior with the married woman.
Sufi said, “Yes, it’s true. We caught Auwal Danladi Sankara, who works for Jigawa. He was with another man’s wife in a building that wasn’t finished. We were watching him because people told us he was doing something wrong.”
He said they caught him because a guy named Nasiru Bulama, who is the woman’s husband, complained. He said the official was being bad with his wife, Tasleem Baba Nabegu, who is the mom of two kids.
“Nasiru Bulama told the police, the state services, and the Hisbah Board that Sankara was doing bad things with his wife,” Sufi explained.
Sufi also said that Hisbah will take Sankara to court for many bad things he has done.
“We have had troubles with Sankara because he runs places like fake hotels where bad things happen, like drug use and other illegal activities,” he said.
Sufi added that they will take Sankara to a legal court on Monday.
