He said: “He has been hiding for a long time and we have been inviting him. I called him several times and told him to come for counseling as instructed by the Commanding General, but he refused.
“We have no choice but to go after him and arrest him. He is now in our custody after we took him to his room today (Sunday) and he is being investigated.”
