    Job Title: Project Officer

    Location: Abuja (FCT)

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Job Description

      • Lead and assist in programs that teach safe health practices and provide fistula care. Follow the detailed work plan.
      • Prepare clinical programs by making activity profiles, budgets, and work with the logistics team and other sites to ensure everything needed is ready.
      • Write smart reports for each activity right after it ends. Also help create quarterly and yearly project reports.
      • Work with the Project Monitoring & Evaluation team to collect data from all activities and health centers we focus on.
      • Represent our organization in meetings, forums, or conferences when assigned.
      • Identify training needs and help organize training for community workers and healthcare providers to improve skills in maternal, newborn health, and fistula management.
      • Identify key partners including government and other agencies to support our activities.
      • Work with the finance and logistics teams to handle budgeting and buying necessary supplies for program activities.
      • Help in implementing quality improvement steps at clinical sites through assessments, monitoring visits, data review meetings, and infection control.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

      • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or MSc
      • Experience: 3-8 Years
