Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Job Summary
- You will check all the ways customers interact with the bank, find ways to make services better, and ensure everyone follows the bank’s rules.
Responsibilities
- Do surveys to see how happy customers are and how good the service is, then suggest training programs based on what you find.
- Collect and study data from tools like Check Market, Microsoft Forms, and Customer Feedback.
- Create training materials for staff to improve customer service.
- Start and run projects to make customer experience better.
- Make sure reviews and reports from spot checks and branch visits are done on time.
- Work with the Business Process Re-engineering team to review and document all service improvement processes.
- Talk to key people about service problems and work on improving initiatives.
- Discuss service challenges with stakeholders and run campaigns to talk about service measurement across branches.
- Research and implement the best practices in the industry to keep improving services.
- Conduct customer service training for new employees like Branch Service Associates (BSAs).
- Perform regular audits (like Spot Checks) at the Bank’s branches.
- Look at Mystery Shopping reports and videos to understand gaps and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. in any field
- Knowledge: Good at using Microsoft Office
- Skills: Good at writing, analyzing, and solving problems
- Banking knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and services
- Abilities: Strong customer service orientation
