Sam Adeyemi, senior pastor of Daystar Christian Center, has advised men not to increase their manhood.
Pastor Adeyemi gave the advice during his Sunday sermon on leadership, which was posted on his church's official YouTube page.
The host of the program 'Excellent Leadership', broadcast on Daystar Network Television and Word Network in the US, highlighted the pressure that social networks put on people to make regrettable decisions.
Expressing concern over the increasing promotion of male enhancement products on social media, Pastor Adeyemi emphasized that the effectiveness of a man's manhood matters much more than his length or size.
He urged men to focus on understanding their partners' needs and fostering healthy connections rather than worrying about physical attributes.
He said: “One of the major pressures we have is body image issues. This comparison of your body with mine is terrible. By setting standards for what the body should look like, you discover that you fell short. it's so bad
“I went to an all-boys high school. I still remember the day when some of my companions went somewhere and when they returned, we had already discovered what they had gone to do. They went with a ruler to measure their private parts and compare. Nothing destroys self-image more than that. “It's nonsense.”

The author of 'Building Real Wealth: Practical Steps to Regain Financial Stability' argued that the physical size of a manhood is less important than a man's effectiveness and skill.
Furthermore, he stated that a man who remains committed to a woman will not feel pressured to compare his manhood to others or look for ways to expand it.
“If you're a young guy, let me encourage you because it's there; It's all over the internet now. Aren't they there? Everywhere you look, you will see medicine or a Chinese method to lengthen your…
“It's a lie; It is not the duration that matters but the effectiveness, the skills and your love for the other person. So, for the love of God, wait until you get married. If you only do it with one person, there will be no need to compare everywhere. “Don’t let them kill you,” he said.
social networks
The 57-year-old added that many men seek treatments to enlarge their manhood due to the influence of social media and social pressure.
Adeyemi noted that social media has fostered insecurity and feelings of inadequacy, often leading to trauma.
He added: “Isn't it obvious that social media is instrumental in creating social pressure because you have an idealized image on social media right now? Images that have been shooting, or even if they are not. Now, how many people post their problems on social media?
“It's the good part of his life. Some of the idealized images are even false. We have seen people taking photos of other people's houses and claiming them. People who lie using the car, etc. Don't let them kill you, it's very important.
Background
The cleric last made headlines in May when he shared his reasons for moving to the United States.
Adeyemi revealed that he remained in the United States after the COVID-19 pandemic, as every time he and his wife set dates and booked flights to return to Nigeria, he experienced vivid dreams warning him that something terrible would happen to him there.
The author claimed that he had never before experienced two dreams about the same event in a single night, and noted that he informed the Daystar elders that he had agreed to manage the church's operations while he remained abroad.
The host of the radio and television show 'Success Power,' which airs in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, said he and his wife ultimately decided to stay in the United States after a virtual meeting with church leaders.
He added that his stay in the US underlined Daystar's strengths, particularly its investments in training and established systems.
In 2020, PREMIUM TIMES reported that Adeyemi was one of the prominent Nigerian clerics who condemned the police for using live ammunition and tear gas to disperse #EndSARS protesters.
In November 2020, human rights activist Kenechukwu Okeke filed a criminal complaint against Pastor Adeyemi and 50 other figures, including Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage and Davido, for their involvement in the nationwide #EndSARS protests.
In response, these celebrities sued a lower court to dismiss the charges. In turn, Okeke filed a counter-motion before the Abuja High Court, seeking the dismissal of the celebrities' suit.
The lawyer alleged that his property was destroyed during the protests and maintained that those who promoted the movement must be held accountable.
In January 2021, a Federal Capital Territory High Court ordered Magistrate Omolola Akindele to stop the prosecution of Pastor Adeyemi, Burna Boy, Davido, Falz, activist Deji Adeyanju and others.
