Kcee, a famous singer from Nigeria, shared the sweet story of how he met his wife, Ijeoma.
Kcee, known for his popular song “Limpopo,” was handing out wedding invitations for his younger brother, E-Money. While doing this, he met Ijeoma.
In a chat with a host named VJ Adams, Kcee said that when he first saw his wife, it was like magic! Kcee felt it was love at first sight.
He shared, “I met Ijeoma at Charly Boy’s place while giving out E-Money’s wedding invite. The moment I saw her, I knew I wanted to marry her. I even told my friend, Presh, ‘Look, that’s going to be my wife!’”
Though Presh laughed, Kcee went up to Ijeoma and said, “I’m here to give my brother’s wedding card, but I also want to invite you specially because I want to marry you.” Ijeoma laughed and didn’t pay much attention at first since she didn’t recognize Kcee. But when she realized who he was, she gave him her phone number.
From then on, Kcee and Ijeoma started talking a lot. Kcee told her seriously, “I want to marry you, not just date you. Because sometimes, if people only date, they may never marry. It’s important to find what makes you happy.”
Kcee and Ijeoma got married in 2010, and now they have two children together.
