Fubara Reassures: Appeal Court Reinstates 27 Rivers Lawmakers

Must Read

On Friday, Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State said that the hard times are over. He promised that his government will keep working to make things better for everyone.

Governor Fubara was happy because the Appeal Court decided to bring back 27 lawmakers to the Rivers State House of Assembly.

Speaking to reporters in Khana, a town in Rivers State, the governor shared his trust in God’s help and support.

He said, “Many of you might be curious about what is happening. Every government faces problems. The Bible in Psalms 23:5 says that God sets a table for us in front of our enemies. This means that good things are often not easy to get.”

Governor Fubara continued, “I want to tell everyone, and especially the people of Rivers State, that we will not give up. We promised to make things better, and we will keep our word, no matter how tough it gets.”

Finally, he said, “The worst part is behind us. We will keep working to make our state better every day.”
