The Asante Kotoko football team from Ghana has welcomed a new player named Wisdom Fernando, according to DAILY POST.
Wisdom Fernando joined the team for free, meaning Kotoko didn’t pay money to get him.
He agreed to stay with Kotoko for three years.
Fernando, who is 22 years old, was brought in to replace Bernard Somuah. Somuah left the team to play in Spain for Celta Fortuna.
Last season, Fernando played for Sporting Lagos in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
He also won the NPFL championship with Akwa United in 2021.
