Federal Polytechnic Nekede Rector Conducts Departmental Inspections for Course Accreditation

The Nigeria Polytechnic Commission is coming to visit Federal Polytechnic Nekede in Owerri soon. Because of this, Ibeaja Uzoma Friday, who is the acting Rector, is checking all the departments to make sure they are ready to be approved for some courses.

On Friday, in his office, he talked to some reporters. He said he is very sure that the departments are well prepared for the approval.

He said Federal Polytechnic Nekede is known for being very good at what they do and they will keep doing a great job in education.

Ibeaja told the heads of the departments that are not yet ready to hurry and make things right. He said the school will always keep its high standards in education and technology.

He was firm that Federal Polytechnic Nekede must continue to teach their students well and give them the skills they need in technology.

Ibeaja said the school has good teachers who know a lot about technology and are dedicated to their work.

He was happy with the Mass Communication Department because they are ready for the approval. He told other departments to also get ready because the approval is very important for the school to continue.

Ibeaja gave a thumbs up to departments like Survey and Geo-Informatics, Petroleum Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Technology, and Agriculture, among others.

The Rector promised he would do everything he can to make sure every department gets approved so the school can keep being excellent in academics.
