Must Read

The EFCC (that’s a group that catches people doing bad things with money) caught four people in Abuja for trying to take money from banks when they shouldn’t have.

On a Tuesday, a person who talks for the EFCC, named Dele Oyewale, said these four people tried to sneak into bank computers to take people’s money without asking. They were: Chima Anthony Nwigwe, who they think was the boss; Mohammed Bello Mahmud; Effiong Victor Emmanuel; and the big boss of a company called Downstone Ultimate Limited, Daminan Ali.

Dele also said that the EFCC found these people because someone gave them good information. In a special surprise action, the EFCC caught them in Abuja.

These people are thought to have used computers to break into banks’ secret systems and move and steal money using different online ways.

Dele said that after they finish asking questions and getting more information, these people will have to go to court, which is a place where they will talk about what they did and if they will get in trouble.
