The youth of the Democratic Party of the Peoples (PDP) have largely decreased to the members of the Board of Trustees of the Party (Bot) for their decision to recognize Udeh-Okoye on PDP National Secretary.
Remember that the Bot had in its communication after its meeting on Wednesday adopted the report of the committee led by Tanimu Turaki that recognizes Udeh-Okoye as the substantive national secretary of the PDP with full obedience to the declarative judgment of the ENUGU Court of Appeals.
The young PDP Coalition Youth for Good Governance (PDP-CYGG), while reacted to development, warned the bot that does not take a position that would undermine a peaceful resolution of the conflict by respecting the order of the Court of Appeals that granted a suspension of the execution of the sentence of the sentence of the Enugu Court of Appeals.
The PDP-CYG Coordinator Emmanuel MBA, while reading the statement, said that the possession of the majority of the members of the Bot has expired, according to section 32 (4) of the constitution of the party.

“It is unfortunate that party leadership has allowed this problem to reach disturbing heights that already threaten the unity of the party.
“Looking at the matter and the possible ways of putting an end to the crisis that the youth coalition resolved as follows;
“That the Board of Trustees should not take a position that will undermine a peaceful resolution of the conflict respecting the order of the Court of Appeals that granted a suspension of the execution of the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Enugu.
“Keep in mind that a possible contempt of the court recognizes Udeh-Okoye as the National Secretary of the party.
“Be careful when making pronouncements that will result in breach of peace and public security.
“Allow judicial processes to continue to resolve the holding through a constitutional environment without interference and prejudices.
“Respect for the rule of law and the decision of the competent jurisdiction court. The PDP needs peace at this time to be able to function effectively as a credible opposition party that can offer the Nigerians a good governance.
“The possession of the majority of the members of Bot has expired, see section 32/4 of the Constitution of the party.
“The opinion of the bot is simply advice and any action or inaction of the bot equals the nullity.
“Young people are tired of this entrueted environment entrusted in Bot. If they do not resolve this matter soon, we will be forced to take care of the party, ”said the statement.
