American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is in a special watch at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in New York to make sure he stays safe.
The workers at the jail put Diddy on this special watch to be extra careful.
DAILY POST says Diddy, who is 54 years old, was arrested on Monday. He is having big, serious problems with the law about bad things like sex trafficking and racketeering.
On Tuesday, a judge named Robyn Tarnofsky decided Diddy should stay in jail and wait for his trial.
But on Friday, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ that putting Diddy on special watch is something the jail does for all famous new inmates.
Agnifilo spent six hours with Diddy at the jail on Thursday. He said Diddy is not thinking about hurting himself. He also mentioned that Diddy is healthy, strong, and ready to fight his case.
No one knows how long Diddy will stay on this special watch.
