Delta CP Abaniwonda Orders Arrest of Community Chairman in Alleged Murder

Must Read

After a man named Sam Onobraekpeya was killed, the head of police in Delta State, CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, told his officers to arrest the acting leader of Adagbrasa Ugolo community, Hon. Ejiro Eruteyan Eredajaye. Right now, Ejiro is missing and no one knows where he is.

“The police chief said we must catch the suspect and make sure he faces justice,” said the police spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, in a statement shared with the DAILY POST in Warri.

Edafe explained that Sam, who led a sand beach in the community, had an argument with the community leader Ejiro about a truck full of sand. They had a big fight, which led to Ejiro getting hurt.

After getting hurt, Ejiro went to the police station to report the fight but the police allowed him to go to the hospital to get treated for his injuries.

Not long after, Sam’s younger brother, Prince, came to the police station. He said that Ejiro came back with a group of bad guys and attacked Sam, leading to his death.

The head of the police station looked into the case and found out that Ejiro only had a small treatment at the hospital before he disappeared.

CP Abaniwonda has told his officers to arrest Ejiro and anyone else involved in this terrible crime.
