Well-known Nigerian Afrobeat singer Davido was seen with other top musicians at Asake’s ‘Lungu Boy’ tour concert in Atlanta, Georgia.
Asake’s show at the 17,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta kicked off on August 16, 2024, and will last for 10 days.
A video going viral on social media shows Davido backstage with American rapper Quavo supporting Asake during the live show.
Other artists at the concert included Nigerian star Zlatan and American rapper Russ Millions.
According to DAILY POST, Asake’s ‘Lungu Boy’ tour will visit six cities in the U.S., performing at famous places like Madison Square Garden in New York, the Toyota Center in Houston, and the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
This tour comes right after Asake released his new hit song ‘Lungu Boy,’ featuring big names like Wizkid, British rappers Central Cee and Stormzy, Travis Scott, and Brazilian singer Ludmilla.
‘Lungu Boy’ broke a new record in Nigeria for the biggest opening week on Spotify, getting 18.9 million streams in its first week. It beat the previous record of 14.4 million streams held by Davido’s ‘Timeless.’
