Must Read

Five unhappy members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State have gotten an urgent court order. This order stops the party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from having their state meeting and elections planned for Saturday, September 21. They have to wait until another court decision is made.

The lawyer for the unhappy party members, M. A. Mahmud (SAN), asked for this urgent court order.

In a letter to the INEC chairman on September 18, Mahmud SAN asked INEC not to join or watch over the state meeting in Kaduna that they had planned for Saturday, September 21, 2024.

The unhappy PDP members are Nura Waziri, Mutari Shuiabu, Yusuf Suleiman, Mallam Mansur Alasan, and Ja’afar Abubakar.
