The Champions League started with its new format on Tuesday night, and games happened all over Europe.
Last year’s winners, Real Madrid, had a tough match. They were losing at first but came back to win 3-1 against Stuttgart at their home stadium, the Bernabeu.
First, Kylian Mbappe scored for Real Madrid. Then, Deniz Undav made it even with a header.
After that, Antonio Rudiger and Endrick scored to make sure Real Madrid won the game.
In other matches, Liverpool also had a comeback. They were losing early in Milan but ended up winning 3-1.
Bayern Munich had a great game, beating Dinamo Zagreb 9-2, and Sporting Lisbon won 2-0 against Lille at their home stadium.
