Pere was talking about a video going around online. In the video, a woman who is close to Ugo’s family said the same thing—that Ugo has only had one other marriage. Pere reposted this video on his social media because he believes it’s true.
Pere criticized blogs for spreading stories without checking if they are true. He said that these blogs like to post bad and unconfirmed news to get attention from people.
Pere wrote, “My friend, who is Ugo’s cousin in Dallas, told me that Ugo has only been married once. It’s funny how people believe anything they read. I am amazed at how blogs don’t care if their stories are true; they just want to post negative things.”
Pere also added, “There is nothing wrong with someone who has been married before getting married again. Ugo has only had one marriage before.”
Shortly after Sharon and Ugo got married in a beautiful ceremony in Abuja, a blog called StellaDimokorkus said that Sharon was Ugo’s fourth wife. The blog claimed that Ugo had three other marriages that didn’t work out. Pere wanted to clear up this misconception with the truth.
