Big Brother Naija contestant, Zion, who is 26, shared some thoughts about his girlfriend Chinwe, who is 30. Zion said that Chinwe isn’t his dream girl.
Zion mentioned that he dates Chinwe because he gains a lot from her.
While talking with fellow contestant Fairme on Thursday, Zion explained that even though Chinwe is not the type of girl he usually likes, she treats him better than his past girlfriends.
Zion said: “Chinwe is very mature. She is the oldest child in her family and takes care of her siblings. Her mom has passed away, and her dad has remarried.
“Usually, when I date a girl, she never asks what I do for a living. But Chinwe prays for me and even sends me prayer messages. She is very prayerful. She has many good qualities.
“When I visit her home, she cooks delicious food, a lot of it. She cooks so much that it makes me want to spend the night, even though I usually don’t like sleeping over at a girl’s place. Whatever I want, she makes it happen. Sometimes, she even has a cook come over to cook and clean.
“Chinwe is a very homely woman, even if she isn’t my usual type. I usually like girls with a big behind. But I realized I’ve dated many girls who looked like my type, and they never treated me this well.”
Fairme responded: “Exactly, that’s why we tell women that it’s not just about looks. How you treat a man is more important.”
Zion agreed: “How you treat a man matters a lot.”
Fairme added: “Our generation understands this better.”
Zion said: “I’ve dated some younger girls (Gen Z), and it’s not the same.”
Fairme pointed out: “Some younger girls do understand, though.”
Zion clarified: “Some younger girls are smart, but I’ve also dated some younger girls who aren’t. It’s not that they’re not smart, but they come with more stress.”
It was also revealed by Chinwe that she financially supported Zion to join the show during an argument they had.
